Download speed and transfer time
Convert transfer speeds, time a file at that speed, and compare a live download with common network rates.

Details
Convert a transfer speed, then see how long a file of a given size would take. A live check downloads 2 MB from Cloudflare and compares that result with common network rates. It is a tab test, not a certified speed test, and the copy stays in memory rather than on disk.

Limits
The download check uses a 2 MB file from Cloudflare. It is not a certified speed test. The memory copy is not your disk.

Steps
1. Enter a speed and a file size.
2. Read how long the transfer would take.
3. Measure this connection if you want a live number.

Questions
What does the measure button do?
It times a download and copies a block of memory in this tab.

Is the browser estimate the same thing?
No. Some browsers report a rounded downlink. That line is separate from the timed download.

Nothing is uploaded. Closing the tab drops the file.
The test file is downloaded only to time it. It is not saved.
